| Thallus dull fawn, 0.1–0.2 mm thick, smooth. Ascomata inconspicuous, thin, black, immersed, curved and sinuous, often branched, 1–4 mm long, 0.10–0.15 mm wide; lips closed, sometimes becoming slightly open. Proper exciple apically to laterally carbonised. Hymenium 100–150 µm thick, not inspersed. Ascospores 2–4 per ascus, muriform, c. 14–16 × 2–4-locular, 69–90 × 20–26 µm, I+ blue. CHEMISTRY: No lichen compounds detected. |
